ESet antivirus blocks one of the functions used by the AB Client to allow remote login to be triggered. In order to fix this, please add a HIPS rule to allow full access to the two parts of the Client:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\ABTutor\Client\Agent.exe
- C:\Program Files (x86)\ABTutor\Client\Daemon.exe
If the computer is stuck in a login loop, ie it automatically logs in whenever you logout, please navigate to the following registry key:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
and remove the following entries:
- DefaultUserName
- DefaultPassword
- AutoAdminLogon
- DefaultDomain
This should not happen with versions of AB Tutor since 9.3.0
